From Disaster Aid Australia’s formation in 2010 until 2025 we used SkyHydrants to provide safe drinking water to the people we assist in developing countries.
In 2025 we decided to adopt the SmartAid UltraFilter for future Safe Water installations.
Once our existing stock of SkyHydrants have been delivered no further SkyHydrants will be provided by Disaster Aid Australia.
Technical Support
Disaster Aid Australia will continue to provide ongoing technical support to all SkyHydrants that we have supplied in the past.
Replacement Parts
Membranes: Replacement Membranes can only be obtained from the SkyJuice Foundation. Alternativly Disaster can supply a quotation to provide a replacement SmartAid UltraFilter at a competative cost. Contact admin@disasteraidaustralia.org.au for further information.
Other Components: As of November 2025 Disaster Aid Australia holds a very limited range of spare components. once these are exhausted. Spares will only be able to be purchased from SkyJuice Foundation.
