How to help with the Australian Bushfire Disaster.
Disaster Aid Australia is registered as an Overseas Aid Charity.
As a condition of its charitable status it cannot spend donated funds within Australia.
We urge our Australian supporters in this time of response,, and the subsequent recovery, to support one of the many organisations who are helping fellow Australians.
The best form of help is money, that can be spent locally, rather than donated goods. . . . . Spending money locally helps the local economy recover and ensures that money is not wasted transporting goods that may not be needed.
